Australians, but other Nationalities applying are dealt with on
a case by case basis
Type of Loan: Repayment & Endowment
Minimum: £ 50,000. No Maximum, but must not exceed
80% of Valuation or Purchase Price (whichever is the lower)
Proof of Income: required in all cases (can be made
up of Earned Income, Pension, Investment or Rental Income. Please
note however, it is not always the case that the Lender will take
all or part of these Incomes into account when determining the maximum
loan available). Non-Status loans are currently not available.
Term: 5 to 30 years up to age 70
Currency: Australian Dollars only
Current Interest Rate: from approx 6.29% Fixed for
the first year (approx 6.57% Variable thereafter). Longer period
Fixed Rates are also available - details on request
Example: Repayment Mortgage of £ 50,000 over
a period of 15 years at an initial Example: Repayment Mortgage of
£ 50,000 over a period of 15 years at an initial Fixed Interest
Rate of 6.29% for the 1st year and then approx 6.57% Variable thereafter
= approx £ 437.50 Capital & Interest per month for the
1st year and then approx £ 445.50 Capital & Interest per

£ 82,094 including capital, interest, arrangement and survey
fees.
